Yes, upon availability.  To ensure meals, we have subscriptions available.  Please call the store ahead of time and we will be more than happy to accommodate you.

No, we offer an A La Carte menu to purchase by meal.  Subscriptions will save money.

When you sign up for a subscription, you are charged weekly and have meals ready each week on the day you select pickup or delivery.   Unless, of course, you choose to skip a week of food or pause or cancel your subscription.  You can login to your account online, skip a week, or pause.

Yes, you can email or call us for custom orders.  If you have a diet plan from a nutrionist or trainer, you can also send us your plan.,

Are there start up fees or cancelation fees to sign up for a weekly subscription online? No contracts, just cancel  1 week in advance.

Under the subscription plan, we automatically mix the meals evenly as possible.  If you prefer to select, please email or call us in advance.

Yes, we offer premium proteins through our Contest Menu (Bison, Steak, Shrimp, Scallops, Salmon, Wild Caught Cod, Bronzini, and Chilean Seabass).  If you wish to purchase any other proteins, you can call to request (minimum purchase requirement).

Yes, you can freeze the meals however we suggest you eat them fresh. Our meals last up to 7 days.  Please keep refrigerated until ready to heat and eat.
