“One year ago on this day I was defeated ridiculously tired and at my wits ends !!! I had convinced myself that the only way I was ever going to be able to loose my weight was By weigh loss surgery. I had a very long phone conversation with my Titi Emily who encouraged me to find an ideal protein office near me. So I looked it up and found an office close by and called the number. Well come to find out he was no longer offering the program but he was nice enough to give me the name of someone who was still involved in the program. That's how I met @ruthruterbusch at kick some mass ! One year ago on this day I walked into her office not know what to expect but totally willing to listen to her if it was going to deliver some results!! I went in thinking I would try to lose 20 pounds or so. When I saw the number of what I needed to lose I immediately told myself well if you loose that much you won't look right ( that was me guarding myself incase of failure ) boy was I wrong ! I was searching for a Complete life change and boy did I find it ! It wasn't always easy! And I deff had my days of weakness. Im probably the most impatient person ever but I didn't put this weight on overnight and it wasn't going to just fall off overnight ! After about two weeks of the program I stared to feel amazing changes ! I had energy again and I started to live life again ! That in itself was priceless so I continued. Yes it was a financial investment but it was working so I didn't care how much money I had to pay I was claiming my life back !! Once I lost about 50 lbs I started working out I felt comfortable enough to put myself out there. Today I have lost 75 pounds all together ! I have not hit my goal yet but honestly this life style is so addictive every time I hit my goal I raise it to next level and create a new goal.
